Refund policy
Womens Magic Hands (WMH) prides itself on uniqueness and authenticity. Due to the handmade nature of our handicrafts, colours and patterning may vary slightly from piece to piece. This makes our products uniquely appealing and far more distinctive from factory-made products. Imperfections are to be expected and appreciated. No two products are exactly the same! Thank you for understanding the handmade benefits and variations!
The folk art and traditional crafts we offer are made in Mexico and South Africa, which means that your WMH purchase may travel a long way to arrive at your door. We have a 10 to 15-business-day shipping lead time. Thank you for your patience while waiting to receive your beautiful products. Leave a note at checkout if you have a deadline to receive your package and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Be sure to read each product description carefully before placing your order. All sales are final so please read the product descriptions and review the product photos carefully. That being said, we do understand mistakes happen. If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@womensmagichands.com
We will need to be notified within 24 hours of the mistaken order. If your order has not already been processed we will do our best to help you with an exchange. We do not provide refunds, however, we will be happy to help you correct your order by providing you with credit to be used toward a purchase of any other product on our platform. This credit can be used within one month from the date of purchase.
Once an order has been processed and shipped we cannot accept exchanges or returns. As WMH products are all unique, handcrafted, and especially designed by artisans across Mexico and South Africa, it is unfortunately too complicated. If you are completely dissatisfied with your product, please contact us at hello@womensmagichands.com and we will do our best to help you and provide a solution.
Due to the long distances our products travel, there is sometimes a chance that items may arrive damaged or broken. We will be happy to replace your item within 3 days of delivery. If we do not have a replacement item, we will provide you with a credit that you can use towards the purchase of any other product on our platform. This credit can be used within one month after providing it.
In the case of a broken or damaged item, please contact us at hello@womensmagichands.com. Make sure to notify us within 3 days of receiving it, including the following information:
1) A picture of the damaged item
2) The name used to create the order
3) Order number
If your item has not arrived and has been lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date (date provided within the shipping confirmation email) at hello@womensmagichands.com.
Please include the following in your email:
1) The name used to create the order
2) Order number
3) Waybill number
If 30 days have passed since the estimated date of delivery and WMH has not been notified, we will not be able to accommodate replacements or follow up with the shipping company.
Please note that our prices and shipping rates are not inclusive of any charges assessed by your local customs/revenue authority. On arrival of your order, you may be required to pay Tax, Duty and or VAT charges according to regulations in your country.
